My Father God sought after me.
As I roamed in the desert He kept after me.
Pouring out His love on me.
Quenching my thirst as I became easily dehydrated from the scorching heat.
He provided shade when I was unaware.
He led my walk as I wandered on trying to dictate my own path.
I groaned,
I complained,
I refused,
Disobeyed my Lord to step further into the desert.
With my head laying on rocks and my feet blistered I ran from cover,
From comfort,
From care and roamed losing who I was in trying to find myself inside myself.
My Father God sought after me.
He took my hand,
Lifted me from the ground.
I could barely move.
I buried my head in His shoulder and He carried me to His Kingdom.
